  • thank u very much. u helped me put the d key back i was gonna be so dead after this

  • Yes i know how to but in the key after it falls off but i was woundering do you know how to put back a key when everything falls of like that little nipple push button ripped off and its seems it was attached with some type of tape or glue but im not sure putting elmers glue on the chip would hold that little nipple push botton down any suggestions on reparing it?

  • nevermind this comment; i looked it up on gooogle if you have this simple problem apply very small amount of crazy glue on toothpick and rub on to fallen off elastic button, after apply to keyboard directly on the circle on the touch chip(dont miss). Then wait 10 seconds atleast then go ahead and re-attach the rest of plastic braces and click in the top of key.

  • ive got tha thing in he middle but it aint goin on well .... it sticks in the bottom but dont go in the top it jus keeps flappin up ... why is this??

  • I have a sony laptop, how in the world do I remove the keys? There's like plastic underneath the keys, and I have a fear of breaking it if I try to remove them.

  • I can't tell you for sure about your Sony, but on the Dell and others I have removed keys from, it does feel like your going to break it. It's just after this point that it pops free.

  • I've got a sony, i removed a key once and replaced it successfully, but i tried to remove another one and now i cant get it back in, so im kinda left arrowless right now.

  • Lol, I'm sorry but that's just funny haha. There is like a little criss cross plastic thing underneath the key, correct? Part of me wants to try it, but I don't want to risk losing a key like you, haha.
