no, they cant negate a touchdown. it will be assessed on the kickoff. hester and his team gets the 6 points. but on kickoff, they would have to kick 10-15 yards farther.

the celebration rule is very delicate. in some games, that would have probably not been called. its an all-star game after all and i personally think to call a penalty was bogus. but since it was on tv i guess the ref wanted to get his piece of the action. still, sportsmanship is what they are aiming for.

Florida football. Texas has good players but they get that hype because they have so much room to build college sized stadiums for their highschools. They have great rivalries and every town loves their team but when it comes to pure talent, no other part of the country can touch South Florida.
