Are you havin' a laugh mate! Scott Weiland is a great singer and terrific frontman. His range is terrific. Check out his work with Stone Temple Pilots. Search for the videos for 'Plush', 'Sex Type Thing', 'Sour Girl', 'Vasoline' and the MTV unplugged version of 'Crackerman'. Great grunge band. Guns N' Roses couldn't stay together for fairly obvious reasons!
