I can gleek really far and a lot too, usually it comes out in 2 streams of saliva which is even better, the stream on the left tends to curve to the left. I usually gleek by yawning a lot or just once (the more you yawn or the bigger the yawns are the more i gleek) and then thrust my tongue muscle forward. try that
