The idea of this is probably what Leo Fender had at the back of his mind the day he sat down and made the very first Stratocaster. The very soul of what music is really all about...
por que sera q siempre un boludo tira una negativa?! indescriptiblemente hermoso, como siempre en realidad... SRV uno de los mas grandes que han pisado el planeta
Saw his first show ever in New York the summer of 83 in a small club that held maybe 200 people. He did 2 shows that night and I had tickets for the second show. Waiting in line for the crowd to exit from the first show I noticed that they left looking strangely silent and shocked or dazed. I have never seen a crowd look like these people after a show. I realized later after seeing the second show that its what a crowd looks like when its so blown away it can't believe what it just experienced.
everyone says oh sell your guitars oh i wanna quit playin but do you not realise that stevie was probably a no one nobody from nowhere and yet by being dedicated hes produced the best guitar music of the last three decades, its dont give up!-even on your wife hahaha
Beautiful.I thought I was getting to a semi respectful level of guitar playing but I watch SRV and think''No dude you're not''.He's so clean,so soulful,so true,so henest,SO GOOD.He's the reason I started and possibly my reason to finish haha.He discourages me for like five seconds but drives me on for so so so much longer. He said he seen Jimi in a dream a couldn't play a lick he had just shown him,That same thing happened to me and you wouldn't believe how glad I was to hear Stevie say that.
No man, he just inspires you to try a whole lot harder, like put everything you have got in to what you are playing no matter whether you are playing by yourself in your bedroom or playing to 10,000 people.
saw Stevie along with his brother Jimmie Vaughan and The Fabulous Thunderbirds at south padre island Texas spring break 1983 changed the way i looked at music.
Oh, god. Stevie you're my spiritual mentor.
I mean 5:00 et seq.?? There is nothing better.

@sterlingiiv Yep, but don't worry. He had the same effect on Eric Clapton. After seeing SRV the first time, he thought why even still bother ;)
