lol i live in harrogate and boys its worth reasearching marines it maybe longer training but they are considered elite, special forces because of the grueling training even american marines do a 13 week course nothing compared to 32. ul probs find urself over there n get urself caught out surrounded by half trained people not to mention in theory you will also be half trained so y half arse it take the opp of being THE BEST.plus takes away the fear of dying, havin 11 marines around you

Respect to all the men and women for doing job like this. I'm volunteering to become a peacekeeper but we'll see how it goes. I would recommend everyone to think twice before joining the army and getting deployed. I once had a chat with a US Marine who had fought at Iwo Jima. That was an eye-opener. He had the medals and the pictures to back up his story. He said I'd probably piss my pants with the first artillery barrage and shit them with the second, but that was all right, because they all did in the beginning. Good luck.
