Wow, what a sorry crust maker lol I'm new at making desserts and even I can tell that crust needs way more liquid. Not supposed to be all crumbly looking like that.
If you don't want it to fall apart and take on the consistancy of unbaked granola, mix your graham crackers and your half cup of butter with about a quarter cup of sugar and pack it firmly down into the pan... then pop it into the oven for about 10 minutes...
Sure, its not really 'no bake' at that point, but it certainly holds together better, and develops a very nice flavor from the toasting, especially if you add minced pecans (as Mark suggests).
Reminds me of that old English Lit teacher that's about 2 yrs from retirement. Wants you to learn but realizes you gotta have a little fun and dry humor too! Love all these recipes!
