This phone has a 528MHz processor, anybody know the processor speed on the diamond???

It's the same. The diamond and touch pro have the same processor. They both use the Qualcomm MSM7201A. The difference between the two is memory and ram. The touch pro has 512 mb of rom and 288 mb of ram. The diamond has 256 mb of rom and 192 mb of ram. So the touch pro having more memory is what makes the phone run a bit smoother with touch flo 3D.

They're both very similar. HTC makes the xperia. The experia also has touch flo 3D interface. Lastly they are about the same price. Both are expensive lol.

Idk what carrier you have or want, but XPERIA is only for AT&T and the Touch Pro is for AT&T, Verizon and Sprint. But personnally I'm getting the Touch Pro because I dislike AT&T. You check out which is the right one for you on each phones websites.

They are both awesome phones with best technology going which IMHO are far better than the iPhone. I wound that the Xperia has a bit of an edge given a bit better performance and smaller in size (esp depth) but you are going to pay for that ($800).

It does have a stylus. That is one way to wake up this phone. When you pull out the stylus, the phone automatically turns on the screen.

Heard id is good quality, nothing special. Has a very minor glitch with low level lighting colors. Look a bit like infrared but not in the good way.

Its an upgrade of the the HTC Touch Diamond, exact same format except is has the slide out QWERTY key board, it runs on CDMA, so you'll most likely see it at Telus and Bell mobility.... FYI to ppl wondering how to text msg on it... 2 ways : 1) using the touch screen that with have the phone key pad format for T9 word. 2) using the QWERTY keyboard that slides out....

i don't think ur gonna need more then the 4 gb memorie u won't use all of the memo so have fun filling it up:) i think it's better then the iphone in alot of ways but i prefer the sony ericsson X1 Xperia on both phones

definitely faar better than iphone... but, the screen could've been bigger than diamond, and i dont find why HTC has added such a huge keyboard without increasin the camera resolution and the memory... could've added a well 16gb there if they're capabl of addin a whoopin 4gb in that slim DIAMOND... I wish HTC's better listenin there... but, nonethless, my most fav phone on market...
