@raymondfong92 i think the only chinese martial that is not directly used for fighting is wushu but northern,sothern kung fu and choy lay fut are used for fightng applications

Great video..thanks for posting..I did siu lum pai king fu for a few years and those are the exact techniques & training regime that we did....It was supposed to be a combo of choyleefut & hung gar ...I see I learned more C.L.F than H.G

Some of these movements look like root of Karate. Youh realy HAVE TO look Heian Sandan! But historicaly the only chinese roots karate has are bai he quan and another i forgit but i`m sure there was no choy lee fut ^^
