My first water fuel cell

I doubled my fuel milage running a negativly charged cell. only 4 minuts 3 or 4 times a day of 12 volt 2 amp current. lol due some weight tests of your cathode when you get some white powder build up on it. Put on scales and heat it up slowly witha torch :) it will lose weight and gain it back when cooling, proving we are dealing with a new energy feild. my cathode was 422 grams and it lost 13 grams then gained it back :), pm me if you have any questons.
