@ggboy292 i feel like this is a math question.. anyway, it's usually safe with a 170 spring.. 150 you def don't need a trigger. 170 is pushing it, but i have a 170 spring and i have not used an upgraded trigger.. yet..

hi I would like to upgrade my well l96 and i need some information...i will buy a upgrade kit and i will get a metal spring guide with bearings, spring M160 and metal piston with head. and then i will change a M160 spring with APS M180 Guarder spring(3,35J-600fps 0,20g BBs). do I need to replace inner barel and trigger??

@mattb807 170 spring = 520 fps with .2s so maybe... i use that now and i havent had issues but you never know, it puts alot of strain on ur trigger. and fps so you can play on certain fields. you don't always have to have a heavy spring in to have fun.

@L96Snizzler lol. lets think about it. plastic spring guide and metal spring guide are the same... they hold the spring correct. But, the benefit with a metal spring guide, and dif type, is that the spring can slide on it more easly, AND when that spring is cocked back, its going to be slamming on the end of the spring guide, smashing the shit out of it. so the plastic one will eventually crack.. over time.. With a metal one you are guaranteed that it will last for a long long time

@L96Snizzler the package comes with the L96, the l96 works out of the box. in-order for the cylinder to work the spring has to go onto the spring guide. so yes, it comes with a spring guide, that's inside the cylinder. If you want to buy a different type then do so, but you will have to dis assemble your gun

@classics07 redwolfairsoft. but you could get it at like anysite, evike, airsoftgi is better. 420-460 fps with .2s and upgaded with 170 spring using .2s is 520 fps.. ish.. Check out all my videos and you will furhter your knowledge on the l96!

@davidmg95 yea some guns just cant handle different parts from different makers. And it depends, if you have a spring with 150% or less.. u dont need to upgrade it. 170 and more then you def need to upgrade your trigger sears. Or just buy a whole new trigger system for over 150 bucs.. its up to you. sears will help. also check out the spring guide if ur using a strong spring.

MY WHOLE Trigger system has completely fucked itself in the ass, I'll hopefully make a video soon on what it's done to my gun, Its completely ruined the Cylinder, The trigger system looks like its gonna fall apart soon because its mostly broken off and i dunno what to do, any help and that would be great, Thanks.

Uuh you know U don't have to take the trigger assebly off to take the bolt out? all you do is put the bolt up, then remove that pin. It comes right out.

If you are going to get the stronger spring, you will NEED that $20.00 pinkish (lavender) tool to take off the cylinder head! Tweezers will NOT be too cool to use with a stronger spring! Especially putting it back ON! Cannot wait for your trigger assembly!
