  • Calories arent the "Be-all, end-all" of dieting. The fried burger is still much less healthy than the McFlurry, a dairy product. Your body will process the dairy much more readily than the burger fried in god-knows-when-it-was-changed grease. Calories are just a unit of energy obtained from the food, you can work them off, so consider the other things in the food moreso.

  • I haven't had a vegan burger in forever. I love those things!

I don't think that that one McFlurry will affect your progress that badly if you keep up the exercise.

  • eat low carb woman

  • @serafcaine Yeah, saying it that way is a GREAT way to get me to do it :3

Seriously though, I'm not big on low carb diets. A lot of them really aren't that healthy, and people I've seen that have been on them can never keep them up and end up gaining the weight back.

  • Actually it is misconception that they are unheathy, most fats and oils arent unhealty, mostly oxidised oils since they cant be absorbed and that is mosty vegetable oil that wasnt cold pressed. In low carb you never fell hungry and as soon as you get over your phisical addicition of sugar you dont even crave sweet. Check undreground wellness here on youtube he has a lot knowlage you can use.Do your reaserch, hear the other side of the story theres a reaon why atkins has been around for deacedes
