There is no difference. In America and in Australia its called Rhythm Heaven, in Europe Rhythm Paradise and in Japan Rhythm Tengoku Gold.

Rhythm Heaven is the name from the game in NA and the translation from the Japanese version. Rhythm Paradise is the name from the Europian version. The one that I have. The diffrence from them all: Nothing. Only the Japanese version has small changes in text and songs with voice.
