R U FUCKING WHACK!?!?!??!?! i need 2600 calories to maintain body weight
i weigh 135 pounds u think its healthy to only eat 1350 calories a day?!?!??!
and isolated movements do not burn as much fat as
compound movements do
working out for 1.5 hours 5 times a week is dumb ur testosterone level will drop and all ur doin is burning muscle plus if ur only gonna take carbs from veggies and fruit u will have no fucking energy
Was just wondering if anyone could help me out, i heard that if i go to the gym everyday(for around 2 hours) that my body will begin to eat up my muscle rather than gain muscle , is this true ? and can it be prevented by working on different muscles each day i.e biceps and chest one day, shoulders and triceps the next, so i will get my days rest for these muscles?
@TheSteg10 nope, first off i wouldnt go for 2 hours, 1 hour is good, any longer then stop talking more working, when you go to the gym, you go for bulk or fat loss, bulk up you need a solid diet with proteins, for fat loss obviously carb free diets ect. and yea focus on one group or possibly 2 a day with rest between generally 3 days rest. and it also depends if you are doing strength circuits or pretty muscle biulding, just do some research and join a forum, guys there would help you out.
i hope this isnt a stupid question but is 2% milk with 8grams oh protein perserving a good protein drink?

@Alike1 Because, like he said, bulky and skinny guys need way different training to get ripped, for obvious reasons :)

Isolated moves....?
I would think using big compound moves would use up more energy and burn more fat........?
