Most agree and do you like how these vampires aren't the typical vampire stereotype of fangs and sucking blood but draining energy/youth/souls/lifeforces instead? not every vampire sucks blood as there are Psi-vampires a.k.a. psychic vampires that drain those things instead of blood usually found in Asian vampire lore. Vampires that drain youth/souls/energy/lifeforce instead of blood are also in Captain Kronos and others , sure beats vampires that sparkle in the daylight eh?

Do you like how this movie reinvents vampires, zombies and succubi? in the film it's stated that these aliens are the ancestors to the vampires and succubus creatures of our lore when they came to Earth eons ago and the victims were the origin of the zombie legends possibly even in the caribbeans. Interesting concept eh? this idea of vampire legends being originated from aliens was used before in Vampirella comics.

Don't forget it's also a succubus and zombie movie as well. Do you believe the victims of the space vampires are the inspiration to zombie legends and do you think the alien queen is the origin to Succubus lore?

@Johnlindsey289 Well they are probably the inspiration for the fast moving zombies and the space vampiress is very Succubus-like.
