An extremely important thing to point out is that you can't save these files to your memory stick. I wasn't actually intentionally doing that, I thought i was saving the downgrader to my psp hard drive but obviously not and so i wasted about an hour wondering why the damn thing wouldn't work. I finally saved the files to the actual hard drive and everything works perfectly. Thanks a bunch!
