And her birthday was celebrated every year on the chosen date. It's no different with Jesus. A long time ago a date was chosen. It IS the reason there's a "Christmas" and it IS the reason the date is celebrated. So whether you're "religious" or not doesn't really matter. The party is because of Jesus!
