the nanny said in her testomony that roger told her to tell her the truth. it was clemens lawyers that want to get to know what to expect the nanny's recolection was... this is not witness tampering, they never told her to say something untrue...obviously there are many that see clemens as guilty and are ready to linch him...his lawyers did the correct thing and this chairmen to just imply (with no evidence) that roger did anything wrong was wrong of him.

Your lost. The nanny said roger asked her about a party. She initially said she didn't remember and he said "yea, because I wasn't there." She later recalls and tells the truth that he was there.

1. He lied about being there.

2. He said he knew the committee wanted her info from Friday and knew it hadn't been forwarded b4flying her to houston.

You know damn well that Clemens was trying to influence the Nanny on what to say. The truth came out that the Clemens family stayed over at the Canseco house, so there was definitely a Roger appearance at sometime during that weekend. Maybe it was not at the time of the "cookout" but
