@amyrose918 well in the classic ones she was but um in SONIC UNIVERSE TAILS IS MARRIED AND HAS CHILDREN to another fox but cream and him broke up along time ago just like he broke up with COSMO too he wasn;t impressed with either one after a while but he did say the love was quite enjoyable while it lasted though. but he has to move on and find anohter.

So basically she sacrificed herself to save the galaxy. You can watch it in Episode 77 of Sonic X if you haven't already. (But make sure you watch the Japanese version!)
