@jawharpjesus The longer the better sometimes.. It is to meditate to, connect with, and vibrate to. The enlightenment that comes from bowls if you will, comes over time, months, or years, depends on how much time we spend meditating. Its not just about bowls either yet, bowls are grand in many ways.
purely amazing, i closed my eyes for about half a sencond and almost went completely into meditation, just beautiful
