  • I know this is about a cat but my cat has a tick on its cheek and i removed it and the head was too far in and it is not stuck in the cat i dont have a vet :/ i dont know what to do. will she be ok?? :'( im scared

  • you should never remove a tick using your fingers, lest you come into contact with tick blood or saliva.

  • @msj116 - I had a friend remove a tick with her bare fingers. I don't understand what the big fuss is about. I guess you risk the unpredictable nature of it bursting or releasing it's secretions.

  • i had one and i put n ice cube on it and it came right off

  • No you have to snap the head of fwith tweasers or you have to burn it or throw it in the toilet and flush it
