Domino's treats their employees so badly in my city all they care about is more more more even when you pull in the numbers and aren't fucking up orders they still bitch about how you should be faster and then orders go out wrong and they bitch some more and they understaff during the rush so if your pizza is late on a friday call corporate and complain that they are understaffing and your pizza will be late on friday from 5 to 11 pm saturday too :)

In case anyone gives a shit, my zero-to-large-pepperoni time is 39 seconds (not all that fast, really), and my manager's official time is either 23 or 24, I can't remember.

And hand cheesing is quicker anyway, you don't have to screw around with the cup. Not only that, but they malfunction too often to even have one. What happens when you get a clump? Bald spots.
@doublebassheeltoe ok if you don't slap you end up with sandy pizza's. cheese lands in the catch trays everytime meaning your saving cheese. you dont have to use the cup for an experienced staff member would know how to measure it out by hand. ours has never malfunctioned for its not technical. and when you gwt a clump... pick it up and put it in the cheese :P

Hug the make line when you're cheesing.

I worked for Dominos during College - it's been almost 20 years but I trust every step of the process with them - everything was about quality, everything was super clean. Bash the crust, sauce or whatever, that's just a preference - but as far as quality of the product they make, it's all legit. Dominoes sucks as a company, i worked as a delivery driver n quit, the pay sucks for all the responsibilities they want you to have, they offer no benefits just because the store has less than so many people, they don't pay for gas or nun, and if u live in massachusetts, ur basically risking your life during the crazy noreasters i've had to work through. lol plus their food sucks balls, its all fake ingredients probably only fresh for the first couple months its at the warehouse.
@nyboy101 Depends. From top pay level to bottom, it's store manager who gets salary pay, shift leading manager, phone person, and driver. Which is ironic because drivers have to do everything a regular inside worker does PLUS worry about deliveries. But then again we usually come home with AT LEAST $20 in tips a night. Most of us work an average of 4 nights a week, and we get paid bi-weekly. So we get at least $160 in tips on top of our hourly pay, before gas.

I like this video. There's plenty of stupid idiots in Domino's making them look awful, but this guy clearly takes his time to make you a quality pizza, worth your time. I don't know entirely about the ingredients not having had one from there myself, but at the very least it looked like it was going to be edible.
The automatic cheeser looks pretty cool too. It holds the cheese then releases perfectly depending on the size. Kind of neat.

Domino's have made millions in profit but I rather have meals from food carts on the street of New York...it's cleaner.

lol i work part time delivery as a 2nd job and the assistant manager is being moved due to being a dick/slow to drivers. You wouldnt believe how slow this guy was, orders would be OTD in 30 mins instead of 12.

Even the local store employee seems powerless or jaded that this issue can be fixed. Mangers can not help either. Once franchised quality suffers. No matter what spin you put on it.

Dominoes sucks as a company, i worked as a delivery driver n quit, the pay sucks for all the responsibilities they want you to have, they offer no benefits just because the store has less than so many people, they don't pay for gas or nun, and if u live in massachusetts, ur basically risking your life during the crazy noreasters i've had to work through. lol plus their food sucks balls, its all fake ingredients probably only fresh for the first couple months its at the warehouse.

@nyboy101 Depends. From top pay level to bottom, it's store manager who gets salary pay, shift leading manager, phone person, and driver. Which is ironic because drivers have to do everything a regular inside worker does PLUS worry about deliveries. But then again we usually come home with AT LEAST $20 in tips a night. Most of us work an average of 4 nights a week, and we get paid bi-weekly. So we get at least $160 in tips on top of our hourly pay, before gas.

I like this video. There's plenty of stupid idiots in Domino's making them look awful, but this guy clearly takes his time to make you a quality pizza, worth your time. I don't know entirely about the ingredients not having had one from there myself, but at the very least it looked like it was going to be edible.
The automatic cheeser looks pretty cool too. It holds the cheese then releases perfectly depending on the size. Kind of neat.

I'm working to be a games designer. You shouldn't be rude to people because of the jobs they do. Someone has to do that job, everyone has their role to play and we should respect them for doing the harder and less paying jobs.

I like the cheese machine but it will never change the consumers perception of Domino's Pizza. Customer's trust is lost forever because of inadequacy of the system of monitoring your employees and these shows it is faulty and require improvement however, are we sure that all your outlets all over the world are in syncro with the system? Domino's have made millions in profit but I rather have meals from food carts on the street of New York...it's cleaner.

I have worked in the food industry for a long time, and I know most of my customers by name. I would NEVER EVER EVER do this to ANYONE, and I would FIRE FIRE FIRE anyone I caught doing that. I been unable to order from Dominos for a week because they won't fix their payment system. No matter how better pizza get if I can't order it. I stay with Papa John because I can order within 2mins online and they deliver in 20 mins. I spend over twos hour on Dominos Case #: 742810. Even the local store employee seems powerless or jaded that this issue can be fixed. Mangers can not help either. Once franchised quality suffers. No matter what spin you put on it.
