  • !Impresionante! !Bravo! !Bis! !Bis!

  • First piece is 'Gitanerias' by Ernesto Lecuona

  • what's the name of the ballad?

  • I can't believe people are talking and not listening! On top of it, it's 200% annoying...

  • the best of the best god bless him , i used to work with him in cuba in the first program his father did ( en familia con alfredo) very talented wish the best in your carreer

  • PLEASE, don't lump Rodriguez with Peterson - there is no comparison!!!

    Alfredo is miles ahead!!!

  • what an honour in the end!

  • que pianista , de primera muy orgullos debe estar su padre , maravilloso

  • WOW WOW WOW WOW!!!!!!!!! THIS GUY IS "THE REAL THING" FROM CUBA (and good'ol Mr. Chucho Valdes, 'course)

    He deserves it!!

Thank you for your support, Mr. Q. Jones!!!

God bless you forever and a day, Alfredo, so proud of you!!!

    Minerva from Mexico!

  • stunning... actually has a gorgeous touch

  • Please come to Seattle Soon.

  • I was at this concert!

  • see?... i think when u expose that kind of virtuosity first, get that out of the way, u can open up the floor and everyone's minds and imaginations to something introspective like the ballad that he followed up with... sounds great. haha... obviously a keith jarrett fan, no doubt.

  • Bravo. Excellent. The recording industry is in such a slump creatively. This is wonderful to hear - a new horizon.

  • Fantastic - he's got the feeling - pity the piano is a bit out of tune in spots.

  • Pure genus !

  • Indeed, sixth st or no, there is a time for even a TX audience to just shut the f__ up and let da' man play.

Clearly --this guy is the next Art Tatum or Oscar Peterson. A great talent has been revealed.

  • In Europe, in the presence of such music, you won't hear a peep from the audience.

  • It is obvious that Alfredo doesn't interpret music, he IS music. Astounding! It would be interesting to hear and see Alfredo and Keith Jarrett together...

  • @Vierotchka Wouldn't it BE SOMETHING!!

    I do agree with you!!!

    Cheers fro Mexico!

  • Mr. Quincy Jones, You have found yourself a prodigy! I watched Alfredo mesmerize the audience at this years Playboy Jazz Festival and there aren't many young jazz pianists like Alfredo around. His natural playing ability is like no other of todays generation. We can only hope that he will get even better and may one day be held in the same regard as the late greats like Art Tatum, Oscar Peterson and Monk!

  • Felicidades !!! es un artista increible!! Gracias Mr. Jones por apoyar a artistas que "valen la pena"... hace que el mundo sea mas hermoso!!

  • very talented this is a pianist really feeling the isntrument not just showing skills you can see him feeling every key.Wonderful

  • Really nice encore : + )

  • Absolutely Amazing!
