the best of the best god bless him , i used to work with him in cuba in the first program his father did ( en familia con alfredo) very talented wish the best in your carreer
see?... i think when u expose that kind of virtuosity first, get that out of the way, u can open up the floor and everyone's minds and imaginations to something introspective like the ballad that he followed up with... sounds great. haha... obviously a keith jarrett fan, no doubt.
It is obvious that Alfredo doesn't interpret music, he IS music. Astounding! It would be interesting to hear and see Alfredo and Keith Jarrett together...
Mr. Quincy Jones, You have found yourself a prodigy! I watched Alfredo mesmerize the audience at this years Playboy Jazz Festival and there aren't many young jazz pianists like Alfredo around. His natural playing ability is like no other of todays generation. We can only hope that he will get even better and may one day be held in the same regard as the late greats like Art Tatum, Oscar Peterson and Monk!
!Impresionante! !Bravo! !Bis! !Bis!

Marvelous. I can't believe people are talking and not listening! On top of it, it's 200% annoying...

Bravo. Excellent. The recording industry is in such a slump creatively. This is wonderful to hear - a new horizon.

Fantastic - he's got the feeling - pity the piano is a bit out of tune in spots.

Indeed, sixth st or no, there is a time for even a TX audience to just shut the f__ up and let da' man play.
Clearly --this guy is the next Art Tatum or Oscar Peterson. A great talent has been revealed.

In Europe, in the presence of such music, you won't hear a peep from the audience.
