Watching this video and seeing what he's been through really made me almost tear from reminiscing. You know you really love an athlete when everyone else doubts him, but you keep on believing that he is the best. Thank you for creating this amazing tribute.

My man sRec did a wonderful job once again.I love everything about the mix, whole ten and a half minutes. My favorite past was the ending.
It is sad to think this may be the last mix from you,the ending surely gives you that hunch. From the moment i started watching and cheering for Vince,u were there with your mixes, from the beginning.
I remember the first time i followed this guy. And until now i will still be a VC fan. Thank you so much man for this video. Makes me proud to be a VC fan.
Great video man brings back memories. VC and TMAC are true examples of great superstar talents but the GMs they had never took time to build around them and their bodies broke down because of it.
Truly outstanding video Sam! Great emotional look at Vince's career through the ups and downs. I just flat out love the style of your mixes! You are very unique when it comes to that and it really seperates you from most other mix makers.Your song choices were great once again and I loved how you fitted in "Above and below". My new favorite VC mix!
I dont think Dwight was sincere in stating that it was not his idea to get Vince Carter traded-because Im sure management had to run their future plans for the team across their most valuable player
@Raptorel just for the simple fact that the trade happened lol if Dwight did not agree with the trade--I dont think the Orlando Magic would have gone through with it for fear of pissing off their most valuable player and losing him in the near future--Dwight seemed very happy during their stretch of beating some of the elite teams after vince got traded--it all came crashing down when they lost to the Hawks team they embaressed in last years playoffs with vince lol
@sauce556 To me it didn't make any sense to trade a super scorer (and a decent defender) like Vince to get the shell of Turkoglu and his big contract, Arenas without his legs and J-Poor who doesn't defend at all and, apparently, on the Magic he's just a three point catapult.
@Raptorel and that...the only player they needed to get rid of was jameer nelson--I cannot explain how bad he is for team chemistry lol --when vince started the season with ORL in 2010 he was very comfortable and not hesitant to take shots because jason williams was on the floor with him and nelson was injured--in all of Vince's biggest games during the regular season, Jason Williams coincidentally played more minutes than nelson (ex. 48 vs hornets)--
@sauce556 Definitely. Nelson is a short, shooting first, shooting second, passing third point guard with no inside game (I've seen countless of missed layups from him), no defense, no passing, no nothing. He sometimes gets hot shooting but that doesn't happen as often as people make him appear to. Orlando always needed a pass first point guard with great vision, as shooters (that Orlando had) NEED that.
@GuyanezeComedy I think he still could have done great things in Orlando had they given him the chance--afterall he had only had 1 previous year with a championship caliber team in his 12 year career--says a lot about luck-or his lack of it-in the NBA as opposed to terming it "greatness"--for players such as kobe--yet disregarding his luck being brought in to a championship caliber team as a rookie
@sauce556 He can still help a team, even if he has to come off of the bench. 14ppg was a bad season for a 34 year old, and 50% of the league players would love to average that.
Watching this video and seeing what he's been through really made me almost tear from reminiscing. You know you really love an athlete when everyone else doubts him, but you keep on believing that he is the best. Thank you for creating this amazing tribute.
