Sorry i made a mistake it wont be in the people folder, there will be a new folder in the phone menu called 'cheats', there they are.

Men these cheats are the same for pc, xbox 360 and ps3 so all the platforms what gta 4 came to. Type them in with pushing the phone takeout button (up arrow key) 2 times, and move between the numbers with the arrow keys, press A/X/enter (depends on platform) when you are on the number u need. When typed the code in, go up to the green phone button and call. If you done well, the vehicle or anything will come out, and the cheat now will be in the people folder in the cell phone.
