How to Download and Install the Sims 2 Cars WITHOUT Q-Xpress

you need to help me! i donwload stuff on modthesims and i downloaded the laundry like basket and line and it was there but some other things arent on the game, i extract everything, except i have windows 7 and i dnt have winrar or zip the option is just there! so yeah how can i download stuff and have it in the game? thanks you a bunch in an advanced! :)

So it dosen't really come with a Download Folder

So i panicked, And thought i couldn't download anything, but after seeing the comments,

What you have to do is open the winrar file, click on the car file. (it should end with .package) Then, click extract to: My Documents/EA Games/Sims 2/Downloads

If there isn't a folder named "downloads", create one.

Yah, all you have to do is make a downloads folder. It's just the version of the sims you have, theres nothing wrong with it though.
