Who determines what is frivolous and what is not? What is the criteria used in determining what is frivolous and what is not/ Next they will tell vicims of drunk driving crashes their claims are frivolous. Please don't take away my right to sue. If it is a legitimate claim, it should be allowed to go forward in court.

@giwwwy What is frivolous? A judge suing a dry cleaner for 67M over a $10 pair of pants, the McDonald's coffee and obesity case. I mean...when we look at a case and people make mountains out of a mole hill, it's like...seriously! Don't let a simple thing turn into a suit..>USA U Sue Anybody
