Nice engine. We run a electric system in the Olinda Field, but we have some of these engines in our small, remote fields. Do you offer a kit to run these off natural gas out of the well?
@madoil07 See you had one turning a mono elastomer screw pump , I like the way you set the engine back far enough to allow room for a pulling unit to pull the rods & tubing , some of these guys mount a electric motor right on top of the gear box , makes it a pain to get the gear box off with a motor mounted on it, the gear box is heavy enough without a motor on it, we usualy lift it off with the rig and pull it off to the side with the crew truck.
@kamphwagon1 Thanks a lot for your comment!; like you know those screw pump or PCP run in low speed and this engine run in low speed so... they don't need the gear box just pulley for adjust the right speed; with electric motor has to use gear bos for reduce the speed; It's a cheap option use low speed engine and also burn your own natural gas well
@madoil07 A lot of the producers around here in central Ok run these screw pumps in place of electric submerseable when theres to much fuid for a conventional pump jack , usually a formation that has a water drive where the fluid level has to be lowerd to allow oil to come into the bore hole. If the TD of the well is around 4,000ft or less these pumps can move as much fluid as a small Redda for less electrical costs,as a lot of the wells here don't make enough gas to keep a gas engine going....
never herd of these engines what rpms do they run at normaly? they dont sound like hit and miss verry much they are to quiet witch is a good thing in some cases the look like they turn alot faster and i noticed the big gear reduction box
I saw 2 unusual pumping systems one witha flag on top of a vertical shaft ,and one with low long thin black pump with looks like inlet going into the earth , are those the progressive cavity pumping units I heard of, but never seen?
Notice how the engine is facing backward on the pumpjack??? Its because they run the wrong direction! I'm sure some pumper is going to get injured or worse....when they look at the front of the engine, then the weights come around and SQUISH!!!
Well.. In the case of video, these engines are running for more than 10 years and they have not had any problems, if there is something wrong had occurred in all these years ...
Hey Buddy! thanks a lot for your opinion, very important for me but let me tell you something... NO NOW!! the real engine is DIADEMA previously Kubota; why? because it's a modern oifield engine, wide rpm range, modern alloy cast, best improvent; about vibration just put DIADEMA in the same RPM than AXXXW? all parts are easy for get it; and cheap. give me examples and I'd like compare apples with apples! thanks a lot!

@DRNEGOLICIS Hi DRNEGOLICIS, the rpm is between 300 to 1100rpm; the widest speed range of pump jack engine!; thanks a lot

Hi bam6474, YES, It's moving PCP units too. It's unusual but we have hundreds running with PCP. Thank you
