I tried these work outs today (at a WAY lighter weight than you) and my arms got that nice tight feeling and swelled up huge. Thanks for the tips, I'm going to try out the other ones you posted up except for the shoulders ones, because I already have been doing them like that.

yo ricco if the last set for each excercise is the only one that causes growth then why continue to do the other warmup sets after the first 3 sets your already warmed up enough after so you cut down your volume and concentrate only on the sets that produce i have done this for years i still look as good as anyone in the gym

they might get a little bigger from what they were originally, but you wont continue to get bigger by lifting the same weight. your muscles will only grow if you introduce more stress than they're used to

preacher curls will not give you a peak. preacher curls actually target a muscle that runs under the main bicep muscle you're trying to target which will actually help you get a bigger upper arm overall. if you want a peak try using a W shape curl bar, you know the kind ?
but if u have a spotter. u let him or her spot u untill ur muscle gives out and burns like hell then ull kno. that goes for biceps tho cuz usually biceps can be hardly sore the next day

Another key Ive learned during trail&era is "intensity" It must be there...you cant just go through the motion...u have to really feel the muscle working"mind muscle connection" Keep rest time between sets short. U have to feel good bout yourself and looking the part can do wonders for a workout intensity. Its motivation.
I live 4 the pump&burn.10+yrs of training & I just realized this training principle a couple years ago. I would go heavy with low reps. Got results but takes a long time. Now I go med.weight 4 bout 10-12 reps,pumping all that protein rich blood in there. The past 3yrs. Ive been doing this there only been a handfull of days I havent been sore within 24hrs or so. And that was dureing my trail&era stage early on. No soreness means I didnt shock my muscles...none productive.

My bicep workout hasn't made much progress in awhile. It's like my Left arm refuses to get stronger, I've been using alternating curls with dumbbells (Hammer, regular, and Concentration starting with my left arms set first) but it always fails early, say I do 6 reps with it, I can do that without even having to breathe deeply with my right arm Any tips?
After the workout my left arm seems so dead I can't even flex it haha that or it's so tiny there's nothing to flex

Another key Ive learned during trail&era is "intensity" It must be there...you cant just go through the motion...u have to really feel the muscle working"mind muscle connection" Keep rest time between sets short. Even wereing a shirt that makes you look bigger while you workout or in front of a mirror that makes u look a little fuller r all great tools for intensity. U have to feel good bout yourself and looking the part can do wonders for a workout intensity. Its motivation.

I live 4 the pump&burn.10+yrs of training & I just realized this training principle a couple years ago. I would go heavy with low reps. Got results but takes a long time. Now I go med.weight 4 bout 10-12 reps,pumping all that protein rich blood in there. The past 3yrs. Ive been doing this there only been a handfull of days I havent been sore within 24hrs or so. And that was dureing my trail&era stage early on. No soreness means I didnt shock my muscles...none productive.

Yeah Rico...this lifestyle is costant learning. Remember when we didnt know anything and through trail @ era you teach yourself. I Love useing myself as a "guinie pig" to try new training styles on. One of the overlooked things is keeping those Muscles guessing and being shocked into growth. Always Love to try new things....getting that soreness the next day...I live for that pump which in turn makes you sore. If im not sore the next day I feel the workout wasnt productive.

No offense Rico...you know your stuff.And with that being said you also know 70lbs or 200lbs is not the same weight on a machine as free weights...is called leverage Man...you know that. Also keep that muscle working dude...you resting @ the top of your cable curls with that"heavy weight"Remember constant tension. Like you training is a lifestyle for me...not a hobby.

cheers for that. I am aiming for 200lbs at 7-10 % myself. I am At 90kg at the mow but at 15% body fat so I am cutting back and trying to cut down to 10%. your size is about where I want to be but I am 6ft so maybe I need a bit more weight to look the same.

I've also heard that, but never before with an explaination. I mean you'd think it'd have no negative effects. I mean for one stage you're in caloric excess to achieve increase in LBM which is always accompanied with some BF increase. And then you're in a caloric deficit to lose the extra BF. Doesn't seem unhealthy at all. Nobody's ever told me why exactly it's bad for your body.

hey rico great videos, when I work out my wrists get sore, especially when doing free weights. I use gloves and straps to hold the weights, anything else for the soreness?

Do you have arthritis or your not using correct form which could be a result of sore wrist(S). I myself when was younger would lift with not proper form when starting out the first week and my wrist hurt like heck. Then I saw a personal trainer aka and ever since then no more sore wrist(S)

my best is 100lbs with a 22.5kg weight on it as well for 2-3 reps but usually i do 100lbs with a
10kg weight aswell for 10-12 reps

and working out one arm more than the other dude thats pricless ... do not do that ... rep-range changes will give you different muscular results example: fibers react differently to differnt stresses put on them the reason that is happening is you may have more cordination in one arm compared to the other ... focus on strict reps and weight where you can concentrate all the way through your movments but do not use more weigh with one arm or do more reps with it thats just ignorant

My bicep workout hasn't made much progress in awhile. It's like my Left arm refuses to get stronger, I've been using alternating curls with dumbbells (Hammer, regular, and Concentration starting with my left arms set first) but it always fails early, say I do 6 reps with it, I can do that without even having to breathe deeply with my right arm Any tips?
After the workout my left arm seems so dead I can't even flex it haha that or it's so tiny there's nothing to flex
