You can certainly learn from both teachers observed.
Science, you need a lot of hands-on..alot in order to captivate your students and in effect have class management.
Personal stories are a great way to connect your content in a real sense to your pupils (very powerful).
And there are times, when you need to be strict in order to help students focus.
You should submit this video as part of your workfolio.
