I am from Kansas USA, but lived in Taiwan for a year studying Chinese and there are a plethora of good "Real" rock bands.
I mean Hell, you guys have 甜梅號，Varo， 壞女兒，透明雜誌，1976， 88BALAZ!!!
I mean my friends in the US agree that 甜梅號 is way better than Explosions in the Sky in musicality alone and that says a lot.

A few songs by LMF contain more rock elements than hip hop.
