From what Iv seen. I havent seen one in person. There is a gear that moves over to shut the motor off when the ball stack is full. This is just what Iv seen. I really dont think it has eyes. (NOT SAYING YOUR WRONG)

how would a loader cause chops if you don't shoot fast enough? It (apparently) applies less force to the balls than a Vlocity or Halo, so it should be even gentler on paint. If you're not shooting or shooting slower, it'll be fine.

well if your eyes are off or dirty and not working you want a hopper that can get the ball in ASAP that way you wont chop...or chop as much...so far i haven't had a ball chop with eyes off on ramp...although that WAS just one hopper so its not much of a test

Halo B has dif settings you can set it to for example 1 2 or 3 depending on what gun your using, but halo b about every hundred cases of paint your going to have to change your whole moter i dont recomend a halo b but rotors are great to there fast but like i said they will blend your paint

Spring Tension. When there is a stack in the feed tube, the motor builds tension and then stops. Kinda like a vlo but without the eyes and the constant pulsing...

Everyone saying how fast it is also needs to look at the weight. It weighs more than a halo. If pure speed is what you're looking for, than buy a rotor... but if you're looking for a light hopper, stick with the Vlocity.

seems to me like it would be a lighterweight hopper. doesnt the halo use 4 AAs? this uses 3 AAAs, so you're saving some battery weight. personally I've never liked halos, always been a fan of the egg, still use my egg 1, though I've had to repair it twice (due to my abuse) it now has a zboard and egg2 raceway and one side shell. rotor has to be lighter than an egg. I guess I'll have to keep my eyes peeled for one to check it out.

Halo uses 6 AA's or 2 9V's(with a diff. battery harness). Full halo = 2.13 lbs when full. Rotor = 2.6 lbs when full. Thats just going off of what ppl told me though.

I think it really depends on the preference of the person though man... some people a .5 lb difference isn't shit and others it may make a huge difference to the feel. Surely there's stuff thats better than others but a lot of times in situation like this it comes down to a "feel". The one reason i want the dye is reliability, as i've seen/experienced problems with many of the loaders out there.

If I counted correctly, did that just empty at 40 bps? The lock lids hold around 160 balls and it took about 4 seconds. That's 40bps. Even if its less than that, that's still extremely fast. Awesome demonstration video.
