@siddbastard Sanshas can pop in to wherever they want to as of today. You'll notice things going on around you at first - weird things like stats changing, mining yields changing, other weird stuff - and then boom! Sanshas all up in yo grill. Anyone can join in. If its low sec, you might still get shot by other players

Yes. Given you know fleet coms and your ship, and basically can bring a good enough ship. Sanshas make Wormhole sleepers look like hello kitty avatars.

@siddbastard they cant pop in anytime, when the incursion update arrived all the systems that were to be infected with sansha were, and as soon as everyone killed the sansha in the area they would never pop up ever again. I wish they could, because incursions are so fun.

@GlitchMasterSonic you can have incursions pop up in the same place twice, the ahrnot constellation had one incursion taken down, then 12 hours later had another one pop up, guess sansha really wanted that system...
