Why can't I find any real videos on how to make Jambalaya. Whenever I search for something, I get like 100 videos of expert village. Stop spamming your shitty videos! Or at least don't break them up into 50 fucking 1 minute segments.

hmm, im from Baton Rouge, louisiana and i have to say this doesnt sound like my cup of tea ha. i love jambalaya but idk about this recipe

I am from Gonzales, LA- "The Jambalaya Capitol of the World" and have cooked in the World Championship Jambalaya Contest. I have never heard of putting most of that stuff in your jambalaya. Most people either use pork and sausage or chicken and rice, onions, garlic, celery, green onions, black pepper, salt, hot sauce, and red pepper... NO LEAVES!
