Oh, ok! But I have felt that about him in quite a few of his movies. He always comes across as smug, self-important and pretentious (esp. with that head band to hide the baldness!) Since he writes & directs them, it can't be a coincidence. Contrast that with Srinivasan - all the roles he writes for himself are so humble and unflattering!
