@oKobeBryantO hi, that's a good observation.The way you play it is to used your index finger to barre the 2nd fret from the 5th string down. After that, your ring finger on the D 4, last finger on the G 4, and middle finger on the B 2.

for barre chords, the standard pattern is to use your index finger to barre the fret.
