I don't understand you said cardio burns muscle?? I mean alot of fighters (MMA, Boxing, etc.) they do alot of running for their cardio and still have lots of muscle. So have U ever tried to tell this thing to a fighter that he shouldn't be doing cardio coz that's gonna make him loose muscle...

Though (odd) one thing I'd like to know is how to train my neck muscles to handle G forces in motorsports.

@shrunkpea17 It's your diet and exercise routine that's the problem, not the intensity. Insulin stores fat, carbs trigger insulin. Eat fewer carbs/sugar. Simple as that.

Don't know David. Most people don't get what the differences between simple and complex carbohydrates are. You can't have lucky charms for breakfast if you intend to lose weight.
@ICE9RLN0 well if you eat lucky charms and go utilize that sugar rather than sitting on it you won't store it as fat, the muscle cell will utilize it as glucose if it isn't resistant. now refine sugar isnt healthy to the body because its harder to filter and process period.
@DavidsFitness My biggest issue has always been electrolyte balance when I go to the gym I got to piss six or eight times during a workout. Do you have any idea for what to do about that? The doctors gave me a clean bill of health so I'm not a diabetic.
Can you do a series on just abs, then do one on like forearms, then on like legs, etc. It would really help my skinny self to develop mor muscle thanks!

I've tried to convince my sister to eat breakfast b/c she has this weird concept that not eating breakfast will actually help her lose weight... *sigh* She stayed the same and even GAINED weight! I eat more food than her (healthy food and excercise), and I'm losing weight. From what I observed, skipping breakfast causes you to retain all the fat that you eat, gives you more urges to eat junk food & have a sedentary lifestyle. I know I don't do anything and eat EVERYTHING when I skip breakfast

@robem10 Im, Certified Through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) 2yrs now, also A.C.E on and off, Played American Football for 18 years, studied sports medicine in College though switch to Communications and Business. Had first weight loss experince at age of 7, had to loose 5lbs inorder to play in age group for little leauge football. i like how your videos are always motivational and not just "GO WORK-OUT BITCH!" keep them coming, i'm not fat but would like to build some more muscle and i'm the sure up-coming videos will help me.
Also Trainer David T-shirt with "Stay strong, stay safe, stay focused" slogans? i'd buy one, just thought i'd throw that out there.

im kinda thankfull for my freakishly strong legs as i can burn fat faster but i still got a couple of months before i start being what i want to be.
i always felt like I was trapped inside a shell as my body and mind are polar opposites but im getting there now

@robem10 Im, Certified Through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) 2yrs now, also A.C.E on and off, Played American Football for 18 years, studied sports medicine in College though switch to Communications and Business. Had first weight loss experince at age of 7, had to loose 5lbs inorder to play in age group for little leauge football. Studied accomplish this at the age of 7 also began learning and lifting weights at 9yrs old. Bruce Lee, Arnold, Charles Glass, Charles Staley thanks!
