Broken Bells' track "The High Road" was released in March of 2010. The music I wrote for RMG was completed in Feb 2009, and began running on air in spring of that same year. Maybe RMG/I have a copyright case against them then?
That ain't The High Road, people. They sound similar, but it's not the same song. From their website: "The music heard in our commercials was created exclusively for Romano's Macaroni Grill and is not available for distribution."
guys its not what its like. i play that song and the chords arent anything alike. whoever said that the makers of the commercial created this jingle are right, and they wont release it to the public.... despite the fact that this song is practically a form of hypnosis and everyone in the world wud buy it
@33bstrick OMG!!! YOU MY FRIEND R A MUSICAL GENIUS . HOW DID U EVER FIGURE THAT ONE OUT? tHIS HAS BEEN RACKING MY BRAIN FOR WEEKS AND MY VERY BEST FRIEND WHO IS A MUSIC WIZ COULD GET IT!!! YOU R THE MAN!!! kUDOS TO YOU BUDDY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
excuse me faggot, i like OLD green day, back when they weren't sellouts, like their albums dookie and insomniac, and even nimrod. that was punk, not NEW green day
"The music used in our commercials was scored exclusively for our TV and radio advertising and is unfortunately unavailable to the general public. Performance rights and fees prohibit us from placing this piece of music in the public domain."
Such crap. Clearly they own the rights to the music. If they wanted better advertising they'd release the music. Then it becomes viral. Morons.
this song for some reason reminds of the holiday season. Makes me smile and remember good times.

this song makes me so happy for some reason. I so wish there was a full version available out there somewhere.

This isn't a song that's commercially available but I'm gonna do a cover and post it. And if I can figure out how, I'll upload a download too.
