The whole process speaks that DeNaples licensce must be revoked and that once the Gambling Commission is overhauled with new legislation the licensce awarded through another bidding process.
the core reason the gaming legislation was created- They could have refused that license for any number of reasons. It's a blatant cover up. I suspect Decker knows that, Rendell knows that, Mellow knows that , Coy, Angeli and some others involved in this mess. The gaming board needs to revoke this license, then recommend a federal investigation to "clear" their "good" names. I won't hold my breath.
