  • thx for discovery i love it ♥

  • I remember his song, Clone in Love, lol.

  • Reggie and I formed a band back in 7th grade. Did all the hit songs like Batman. Introduced me to his UNCLE. Mr. Dean Hargrove. Check it out. Remember the Superman Picture. Lived off of Mission in Sacramento.

  • Wow, thanks for posting this. I had this record as a kid. My shrink gave it to me as he got it through some kind of deal he had with the record company. I was searching for "Glows In The Dark", but this will do.

I guess there aren't any more tracks from this album anywhere else on Youtube :(

  • I have this album. Still like it. I used to live in California and like the song "California Highway Patrol" (I think that's the title). Is that on a 2nd album?

  • Always been amazed by RK's reputation amongst cult rock fanatics! It's not bad, don't get me wrong, but VERY run-of-the-mill, in my opinion! I've heard over 20k rock/pop bands in my life, and he's very humdrum in the grand scope of things. I play "The King And I" fairly regularly, but that's all. I often ponder over why he is so rated - his lyrics maybe? Well I don't judge musicians by lyrics, so maybe that's it. As I said, very very odd! Hmmmm! An enigma!

  • @MrAttPatt Not for nuthin ,this ex CHP cop, didn't make it. Despite (Queen & Cars') Roy Thomas Bakers' input. His second album wasn't that bad, although (like Nick Gilder),it sounds somewhat dated. Typical late 7T's run of the mill L.A. pop, indeed. Cult..? probably ,because his 'star' didn't even had the time to rise, and people want to see this,as some kind of 'hidden treasure'...;]

  • Reggie AKA RK on the circa 2000 NYTimes internet forums........was the most creative, fun, intelligent person I ever met on the internet. RK where are you?

  • His "Reggie Knighton Band"album is quite rockin' and good. A lot of the album is all about UFOs, aliens and clones!? It's produced by Roy Thomas Baker of Queen, Cars, etc. I haven't seen this one in the used bins yet, but will grab it when I do. Thanks for postin'!

  • this is bizarre, i bought this lp at a record show today cause I thought the cover was funny...it's not bad so far, I'm near the end of side 1...
