You cannot blame the chinese people not all of them are like this and the problem with others is the sterotypical behavior where one person does something and everybody else does it too

The real problem is the Chinese character which lacks the basic Christian doctrine of "the good Samaritan" which is common in Western nations. n You cannot blame anyone...including the Chinese government, for the heartless and selfish indifference Chinese people sometimes show to others. It is something that must be changed spiritually.

Chinese can not blame Mao anymore, he is dead and mind can not be controlled by CCP either, Chinese should learn to think independently not relying on a doctrin, an atheist with moral code can be a better person than god created believers.
