The most obvious thing with any editing program, whether it be for audio or video, is the ability to cut, copy and paste singly and in blocks. This program, although with a useful approach, is like many other video editing programs, including Sony Vegas, that does not allow this very essential facility. To work around it by changing the length of clips, redragging in, etc., is in my book, just not on. Oh for a program, even a $3000 one, that actually has this facility.

i was a powerdirector. i switch over to another program the moment i learn that this is not the best video editing program. i wud giv 2 stars out of 10.. im sharing this with u all bcoz i hav already wasted so much time learning powerdirector bcoz of such wrong info available on internet. remember third party plugins r also not supported. u wil always need third party plug-ins to make ur video look professional.so don waste ur time. go for sony vegas or adobe premiere pro,final cut pro..
