I don't think he's changed. Of course if you compare him to full house, which was recorded nearly 6 years ago, he and all the other members have calmed down. But even back then, they were many moment where he was quiet and serious. I feel like it's the fandom who only noticed his hyper moment and exaggerated them. Like always calling him a 5 years old if he does something playful in concert even though 90% of the time he's a quiet guy imo.
