I agree, go Against the grain.. BUT.. I'm no expert.. Heck, every time I try to clip a horse they end up looking like a Crinkle Cup Potato Chip!! But it is Your Horse, do as you damn well please... If you want the Potato Chip look just ask me how...
I feel like your pushing way too hard on the clipper and going at it from the wrong angle. Instead of gliding the blade against the hair coat your stabbing it blades first. Which can cause irritation of the skin, irregular clipping marks, and a very annoyed horse.
hmmm @gobarrelracing what country do you live in? I body clip my horses in spring time to not have to wait for there winter coat to shed... And my compliments to the horse he in very well behaved!!
why would she be laughed at were you live? I clip my horse and i thing it makes him look a lot better :) and it cools them of when its hot? oh do you ride western?
why would people dislike this i like it it kinda helped me learn how to clip :)
