Ridiculous, and unrealistic propaganda. Several scenes of "cry baby "Germans, which is over dramatic. Yes, man do crack, but generally at war they are fighting for survival and don't have time to wallow and cry. They do that after the battle. You don't have time during the battle. Veterans should be making movies and not stupid novices. They need to interview veterans to get a better feel of what happened. Germany is still afraid of the past. Men are noble and wars just plain suck.

This is so unrealistic. The Germans would never send this many men in a frontal assault on fortified positions. They have no machine gun, or mortar support, and above all, they would never be so close together. In 6:00, the amount of space that these men are amassed in would actually have about half a squad.

He does NOT have Finnish KP/31 - WHERE in hell he could get one in Stalingrad?? He has Russian PPSH, abbreviature in rus. means "pistol-machinegun of Shpagin (inventor). Design is similar to Finnish kp31 and to guns gangsters used in 1920s in US. Than same as now most world's weapons copy elements from each other.German soldier says Take it, its better than ours, doesn't jam (german mp40). PPSH was designed for pistol bullets to create wall of fire, range 80-150m, perfect for city battle

The ppsh could also be put together by factory workers within about 90 minutes. One of it's few drawbacks was that it was less accurate. But with 10 guys with them, and firing at 900 rpm, who cares?

These 'Germany would have won if only....' type of remarks that appear on WW2 videos are truly ill-informed. In WW2 the Germans had a great victory against the comparable British and French armies. All their other victories were against small, unmodernised armies and against states with whom Germany was not even at war until Germany commenced pre-emptive hostilities. In the case of the Russian campaign they had already failed at Leningrad and Moscow.

Initial German successes in WW2 were mostly due to having weak opposing forces; to remind you this would account for Poland, Belgium, Holland, Norway, Denmark, the Baltic States, and Russia. Doesn't leave a lot does it?
