pitkaagnes is correct. This song is titled "Glasgow Love Theme." It's on both the Love Actually soundtrack and Craig Armstrong's Piano Works CD (different version - piano only).

The "PM's Love Theme" is not on the Love Actually soundtrack (at least not in the States). If you'd like to hear PM's, search for "Pride & Prejudice with the 'Love Theme.'"
