can someone explain to me why bodybuilders now have distended stomachs which look completely different from those of the bodybuilders like franco columbo and frank zane. is it different techniques, diets, or different roids.
@ddmmss99003 the "pregnant" look is something you can get if you take HGH (human growth hormone). it causes the internal organs to grow/swell which makes the stomach look very big and round even when they are ripped. not sure if this is a temporary side effect or if it's permanent.

i think his lats hang a little too low. he has more of a "Y" shape then a "V" taper. just my opinion.

Let's face it, he's not a Mr Olympia, but he's in the top 0.0001% of the history of mankind for physical conditioning of his kind. He IS on steroids, it's an untested competition, look at the equivalent for tested if you don't believe me. Regardless, it takes enormous dedication and effort to achieve this, hats off. Hero.

@van0sgym Dexter is Way harder then Jay. Dexter has always been plagued by his small frame which means he's had to work harder. Had he been at least 5'11" or even 6' he'd be unstoppable. How many guys still have that small mid-section like Dexter? I respect jay but in my opinion he should only have one "O".

@MIDNIGHT1DEMO Its because he's tiny, in comparison to jay, yes he's got symmetry, but you can tell he was a small guy before, he hasn't got a big frame at all. and thats what it comes down to, frame size, and jays is huge. therefore potential to be bigger is easier.

no disrespect to dexter but in my opinion i dont think he looks all that great. his midsection (mainly stomach) is too big and round. the guys who are absolutely giant with super broad shoulders can get away with it but i dont think his upper body is big enough to do that. Does anyone else see this?????
