I don't she is against heavier/non-skinny people, I think she meant that in order to be skinny, you need to eat healthier. She is Swedish, so I think English is not her native tongue. As for "wear more makeup", she probably means to wear it more and have fun with it. Not to look perfect or anything.

I think that you should try looking inside yourself rather than someone on Youtube for self-esteem... there is only one you, and you are all that you've got in the end. I saw what being fat did to me, as well as my family. I don't want to end up with diabetes, and I hate having to buy plus size clothes that are geared towards old ladies.
