They can only install in Arizona for the time being. The kit is very simple to install and comes with detailed and simple instructions on how to install. They're phone number is on their Details tab as well for this video posting.
@jasontheriault23 I actually know these guys who have made these. They can send you the kit on how to install it or depending where you live, can come and install it for you at a very reasonable price. As of right now they only do Chrysler 300C emblems.

@my737sim These guys do red and green as well as blue. Regular white/yellow lights they can do as well.
