I love candles too. If you get a melting pan, you can just melt the whole candle down and pull out the wick if you want. The smell is alot stronger and will scent your whole house, but one time my mom let hers melt for too long, like the whole candle was liquid for like 2 hours, and the glass exploded! Beware...

I ordered Apothecary Jar in Honey I Washed The Youngins' . I sort of like the Gold Canyon Candles a little better though, in terms of packaging. When the candle comes I'm going to see if it really does smell like the Lush soap :)

If your candles only burn in the middle, you can cut out the rest of the wax and put it in one of the tart burners.... just a quick tip if you have never done that before, so you don't have to throw out the rest of the wax :)

Do you know the little O ring seal they use on the hydraulic reducer pump, you know the one, the pump that allows high preasure out that stops the pipes bursting on those oil rigs( the noding donkey type). Well if she was selling one of them little seals I would buy one off of her, I would'nt have a single use for it, but I'd buy one anyway.

a Hello Dolly is a desert made with chocolate, coconut, condensed milk, and grahm crackers. Sometimes it has caramel in it as well. They are really good... so that's probably what the scent is named after.

smells that come from candles, perfumes and other cosmetics and food flavourings are made of Esters. Esters are made from certain hydrocarbons reacted with organic alcohols, acids and or other chemicals in a process called esterification. I made a few fruity scents in chem class that smelt exactly like strawberries and banana :)
Also, expensive perfumes often use whale vomit to achieve the particular ester for the scent :)
I'll be finishing my pharmacy degree latter this month and I guess I know some chemistry too. Insects and animal's sexual glans, yes... whale vomit, I don't really think so :S

cleans up with soap and water, non-toxic,

I think that 'sample' was a wax tart. you usually burn them in a special burner over a tea-light so they melt and the scent fills the room!!

Hillside Bakery on Etsy has a GIANT cinnamon roll made out of soap! It looks SO cool! She has little soap almonds on top and glazed with white soap on top!! So adorable!

a Hello Dolly is a desert made with chocolate, coconut, condensed milk, and grahm crackers. Sometimes it has caramel in it as well. They are really good... so that's probably what the scent is named after.

smells that come from candles, perfumes and other cosmetics and food flavourings are made of Esters. Esters are made from certain hydrocarbons reacted with organic alcohols, acids and or other chemicals in a process called esterification. I made a few fruity scents in chem class that smelt exactly like strawberries and banana :)
Also, expensive perfumes often use whale vomit to achieve the particular ester for the scent :)

I'll be finishing my pharmacy degree latter this month and I guess I know some chemistry too. Insects and animal's sexual glans, yes... whale vomit, I don't really think so :S

Ohh that is true they are mammals. Ppl gave me a thumbs down becuase you are not supposed to ask questions on you tube, you might learn something. You are just supposed to blow smoke up everyones a** and tell them how awesome they are. LOL.
